Your video card drivers doesn’t have OpenGL drivers installed.

No ingame sound in Call of duty 4

Try updating your sound driver or have a firmware update, try changing the sound settings in the game lowest etc. See if the sounds are even on the game like Music: Effects: If that didn't help try reinstalling the game
